In typical Overwatch fashion, these maps take are set in various locations in the real world. Not only will you want to unlock Sojourn and Junker Queen, but you'll also want to look into learning all of Kiriko's abilities, which you can check out in the game's practice mode. Some of these are mode-specific others are hybrids.
There are, of course, plenty of other things to work toward in Overwatch 2. Of course, if you're on PlayStation, you can also take advantage of the Share button built into the PlayStation's controller. Highlight that section of the match recording, and then select the save option to add it as a saved highlight. If you want to grab a specific highlight from the match, you'll need to select the highlight and work your way through the match recording to find the spot. If you earned the Play of The Game during that match, there will be a button next to the match that you can press to automatically save an edited version of that specific point in the match.
From here, navigate down to the History tab and select it to get an overview of all your recent matches. To save a match highlight in Overwatch 2, make your way to the Career Profile section of the game's main menu. Players can save their greatest moments using the Highlights system in Overwatch 2.
